Henna, or mehendi, is the traditional herbal dye used in India. You often see women at parties with their hands dyed in intricate henna patterns. It's a sort of temporary tattoo that enjoys exalted status at wedding parties -- every Indian bride is decorated with henna designs that sometimes stretch up to the elbow!

To celebrate the Indian wedding season and the traditional designs of mehendi, we have introduced our latest color -- henna. Our yoga mat bags, tote bags, and pillows are now available in this lovely auburn color -- a delicate blend of brick red and chocolate brown.

We picked a gold embroidery pattern that's different from the other embroidery stripes. While the rest of the yoga mat bags have a lovely gold stripe pattern, the henna bags and pillows have a floral pattern that evokes the delicate flower designs in traditional henna hand designs.
